This is one of our Tiny Homes. They are really very homey! They are entirely done in knotty pine finish inside. Rustic and beautiful at the same time. Includes a full side bedroom with a large closet. Bath is also full size, and a laundry room. Living area is kitchen, dining and living combined to give you a very open space. There is a loft which is great for storage. You also will have a front porch! Come see for yourself! Please contact Judy to see. This will be a 12 month lease, then is open with a 30 day notice. You will be responsible for all utilities. We take care of the lawn. We do require tenants to keep all debris cleaned up it the yard, that includes limbs, leaves, etc.
