The apartment overlooks Caret Bay with a spectacular view of Inner Brass Island. The bedroom comes with a queen size bed and memory foam mattress, 52 inch fan with a light, and there is a large custom made clothes closet with a California Closet style layout. The bathroom is recently renovated with a new toilet, vanity, lights, and shower. The kitchen is also recently renovated with new cabinets, eating island, 52 inch ceiling fan with a light, stainless steel refrigerator and gas stove/oven. There is a concrete driveway from the main road extending directly outside the apartment's front door. Pet friendly but only for a maximum of two cats or one small dog and the apartment must be kept extremely clean. The apartment comes with its own washer, gas powered drier, and free wifi. The electricity and gas for the drier and for cooking is covered in the rent. Smoking is not allowed and if there are pets, it is preferable if it is only two cats at the most or one small dog. The first lease would be for 6 months to see how well the property is maintained. When moving in, require the first month (prorated at a rate of about $50 per day depending on when you move in), and the last month's rent to act as the security deposit. Any damages incurred upon lease end will be deducted from the security deposit. The apartment is small so a single person or young couple would be the best fit for this rental.
