In the winter when the leaves have fallen it has a view of the Androscoggin River. There is also plenty of basment storage. This is a half mile walk to downtown Brunswick, and also very close to shopping in Topsham. The owner pays for water and sewer. The tenat pays for heat, and electricity, and internet. The heat is a natural gas Rinnai heater, which is very efficient. It also has older baseboard electric that is only still there as a back up. I am looking for a one year lease that can go month to month after the year. No smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed, but that needs to be talked about. I do require meeting any dog before hand.
