I am offering a legal apartment, with separate entrance, on the lower floor of a three-story home. The beautiful view is visible from every room. Blinds need never be drawn except to block the afternoon summer sun. The birds flying by won't broadcast what they've seen. In the photo of the rear of the house you can see the deck, apartment windows, and access stairway (faintly visible) ascending to the right of the building. The particulars: Huge private deck: 10 by 29+. Living room: approx. 16 by 19+. Larger BR is 12 by 16+, smaller is 12 by 12. There is excellent storage in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and disposal. The yard/hillside is available for whatever creativity you wish to express. Pets are possible! Included in the rent are use of the washer and dryer, which are in the garage, and water. You pay PG&E and garbage, unless your goodies fit in my receptacles. There is space for your car on the garage apron. Street parking is readily available because the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a single-family neighborhood. I do not charge for a credit report, but would like you to submit one that you've pulled from AnnualCreditReport. Your current financial behavior, not your FICO score, is what interests me. Drugs and smoking, even outdoors, are not allowed. LIGHT drinking is fine. Either email or phone communication works.
