new windows were installed in 2005. A 4 car detached garage we built in 2007- 1320 sq ft. We installed new siding in 2012 & a new roof put on in 2013. We completely gutted and redid a brand new open concrete front porch in 2011. My husbands favorite spot is the wood shop which has all new interior in 2008. It use to be used as a 1 car garage but he made it into a wood shop. The bathroom was gutted and completely remodeled in 2012. We have a pump house behind the house with a Peacock Water softening system that will stay (we own it), along with a deep freeze. We turned an outbuilding into a chicken coop. There is a 24 ft above ground swimming pool with a new deck. A new deck was put on the back of the house in 2013. All new sidewalks were poured in 2011. The kitchen and living room ceilings are new. The kitchen recently updated 2 months ago. New cabinet doors, additional lighting added, newly drywalled. We also purchased a brand new hot water heater this year.
