The house is very basic has minor issues not in the best of shape, if I had the income I'd fix it but unfortunately right now I do not. If you have a pet first ask, it's no problem but just have to make sure their friendly and not wild or messy lol. Has fridge washer dryer stove. Quiet neighborhood, me and my mom are the only ones occupying the main house so lots of privacy. Month to month, contact for details
