Love the house For a starter home. Do not show up unannounced or the cops will be called. I’m tired of people not reading and not being fair to the tenants not to mention the whole covid situation. You have been warned, if you do not schedule an appointment with me and you show up cops will be called. Does currently have renters that have a lease till January 2021 and have rented for past 7 years so very reputable renters. Not in a hurry to sale but realtors that call me must have a buyer ready to pay no less than 215k. Please only call me if you have a serious buyer ready to sign a deal. I also don’t need a realtor if a buyer is interested and has the funds,ready to purchase then we can talk. Don’t call me rapid fire and don’t call my family in Alaska they do not own the home- pay attention to the information if you are interested in the house. House was just painted on the outside feb.2020
