It has a HEATED POOL, a golf cart for 4, a bbq, and fast wifi. Don't miss this! See below for availability information. RATES VARY BY MONTH - SEE BELOW FOR AVAILABILITY- INQUIRE FOR PRICING. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. We are located between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter. There 4 night minimum stay, unless otherwise noted. Master bedroom has a king bed, bedroom # 2 has a double bed and bedroom #3 has a queen bed. The villa sleeps 6. The spacious entryway greats you with our home manual right at hand. It is full information about our villa, the The Villages and the surrounding area. The large, bright kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances and a table for 4. There is an abundance of space in this kitchen if you do decide to eat in. The major appliances include: a flat top electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and a sparkling clean refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. The kitchen also includes everything you will need, coffee maker (traditional coffee maker not a Keurig), 4 slice toaster, hand mixer, blender, crock pot, silverware, bake ware, pots and pans etc. There is a sliding glass door off the kitchen to the Florida room which then leads you to the heated pool. You can use the Florida room 3 seasons of the year. There is a separate dining area with a table for 8 that is open to the large, bright living room. The new paint, new floors and comfortable new furniture will let you rest and enjoy the Florida weather. The living room has a comfy sectional couch, a reclining chair, a 50 inch flat screen t.v. with cable t.v. and a dvd player. The king master bedroom is bright and happy with lovely new linens, a flat screen tv, two large dressers and two nightstands. The master also has it's own private bath with a walk-in glass door shower, large shower head, double vanity/sinks, a roomy walk in closet and a separate toilet room. The second bedroom is bright and lovely, with a double bed, two dressers, two nightstands, a large window, a spacious closet and a small t.v. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a large dresser, a nightstand and a good size closet. The second bath has a single sink and a tub/shower combo. We have provided new pool towels, extra pillows, linens, blankets and bath towels. Sit by the heated pool and relax under our 11 foot umbrella. A table for 8 awaits you as well as three comfy lounge chairs if you prefer the sun. There is also a large gas grill for your use and more chairs and pool floats in the garage. The yard is completely fenced in for 100% privacy. The new washer and dryer are close at hand in the garage - so you don't have to see or hear them while you relax. The 4 person golf cart will let you zip into town to do errands, catch a movie, shop, dance or get a great meal. We have purchased a golf cart "rescue plan" that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you will never get stranded. Spanish Springs is a quick 12 minute ride away. The Savannah Center is a 3 - 4 minute ride away and Lake Sumter Landing is about 20 minutes away by golf cart. Your stay will also include guest passes at no additional cost to you - or two temporary resident passes for an additional $50 for the pair. We have a local property manager to help in case any issues arise. Our lease must be signed within 5 days of booking or the property will be re-listed. Cleaning fee is $150. Security Deposit $500. Rented quoted does not include Florida tax (7%). We accept, VENMO, ZELLE, GOOGLE PAY, PAYPAL. No credit cards. If you book the property for more than 30 days or more than 6 months in advance we can discuss splitting the costs into two payment. Rent varies by month. Inquire with owner for a detailed quote. Here is our availability as of Nov. 22, 2022. We do our best to keep this site updated. Please note that if the pet or smoking policy is violated you will be charged the entire $500 deposit whether damages are found or not. No exceptions. There is a small extra fee for the months of November and December to help offset the costs of pool heat: $25 for 4- 7 night stay $50 for 8-13 night stay $75 for 14-21 night stay We love our villa and hope you will too. We look forward to hosting you ! No pets, no smoking. Additional charge for pool heat in months of November and December - only $25 per week.
