I'm looking for a responsible house mate for a house in old northwest Reno close to the University of Nevada Reno and public transportation. The house is three bedroom (with bonus room) and 1.5 bath. The room for rent is the master bedroom with a private half bath. The room measures approximately 12x12 with a good sized closet. I live in the house with my girlfriend (she will be going to school in Idaho), and my two year old son will be staying in the house part time as well. We have two friendly dogs (a lab and husky/shepherd mix) and a cat. No other pets will be allowed unless small and caged (birds, fish, reptiles, etc). Rent for the room is $550/mo with a $550 refundable deposit. Rent includes all utilities, as well as cable and high speed internet. Graduate students preferred.
