The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed (note that a trundle bed or larger office furniture can be installed upon request). The second bathroom features a tub-shower combo, ensuring every guest can find their perfect retreat. There is a third, 10'x9' room with a 10' high ceiling in the garage, adjacent to the laundry room and half bathroom. This versatile room can provide extra private workspace, a storage room, or a bedroom. Upon request, it can be outfitted with indestructible Flexa bedroom furniture: A comfy full-sized loft bed over a convertible soft faux leather full-sized futon couch/bed combo - or - a large Flexa drafting desk under the bed. A matching Flexa dresser and a small double-door cabinet for clothing and other storage are available. There is a smart TV (with a gaming console available upon request) and additional wall shelves for your extra gear. This is the perfect gamer's sanctuary, kid's bedroom, guest suite, or hide-away lounge in the "man cave" of the two-car extended garage. The outdoor living space dedicated to this ground-floor unit has a grill, patio table, chairs under a large umbrella, lounge chairs, and a hammock. Everyone thinks their dogs and cats are well-behaved until they enter a new environment and become stressed. We are animal lovers and understand that they are our babies! That said, we have had wonderful, previously docile animals become destructors of property - especially rugs and living room furniture. This is why, in addition to the $1500 security deposit, we will collect an additional refundable pet deposit of $1500 upon move-in (roughly one-fifth of the value of the living room furniture if we had to replace any piece) and a monthly extra fee of $50 per animal. Upon move-out, a cleaning fee of $300 (for those with pets) and $115 (for those without pets) will be deducted from the initial deposit.
