This is a private fully furnished suite at the front of a shared home. The location is fantastic and close to major hospitals with very quick access to all major interstates (65,24,40). You will use the front entrance and will have 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and kitchen with all its furnishings. The queen bed is new as of 2023 and both beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has full size appliances (all new) with the exception that there is not a dishwasher, and the washer and dryer is a small all in one combo. We are a same sex married couple and expect to be traveling for an extended period. It is possible we would be in the back of the home, which is completely separate. When we are away, you could also have use of our back porch with wonderful cozy seating and a fire (propane). We work at Vanderbilt Medical Center only 4.5 miles away. We also have a small dog. Although we love animals, we will not be accepting renters with pets. We love the home and the neighborhood and the location. We hope you choose to stay with us. *Rent - $1495 for one person. $1595 for two to cover additional utilities. *Credit Score of at least 640 required. 90 days minimum stay; application fee is $50; cleaning fee is $150, and a refundable deposit of $500 is required as is a Credit score of 600 or greater. We have AT&T Internet, and you can stream Netflix, Disney, Hulu and HBO Max and more. Assigned free parking on right half of the driveway (oriented as facing house). The most people allowed to live in the leased property are 2. The rent for 1 person is $1495. To cover additional utilities etc. the rent for 2 people is $1695. - The tenant will not allow any person not on the lease to use or occupy the premises at any time without obtaining written approval received 48 hours prior to date for consideration.
