    As you enter the property from the front field the topography gently slopes down from the road into established open hardwoods and then down into a valley where there is a creek and an old hunting cabin.  There is a small pond just up the hill from the cabin with some mature apple trees to attract wildlife.  Overlooking the pond and the small cleared area is a tower blind with a true stair case.  On the east side of the creek the topography gently slopes uphill into open hardwoods with some thick areas that offer bedding for whitetail deer.  When walking the property it would be hard not to notice the dozens of Buck rubs and scrapes throughout.  There are several maintained old logging roads and a separate driveway with a right of way across a neighbor's property that makes accessing the property a breeze.  The woods offer a nice mix of hardwoods and pine containing species of Oak, Hard Maple, Ash, Birch, and Hemlock with some mature timber.  Power is available at the road. No value is assigned to the cabin because it is in need of repairs and not usable in its current condition and is being sold as-is.  The cabin does have a laid up stone foundation and a stone fireplace.
