There is hot water for showering and also free wifi. There is no carport parking access; there is plenty of parking right in front of the house for up to 2 vehicles. There is no AC. There is a washer and hanging line (no dryer). Tenants will pay their own electric, water, and gas consumption. PLEASE READ: The apartment is in need of cosmetic renovations which are planned to be done in Dec 2022. In the meantime, the space is clean, functional, and livable for someone or a family who is looking for something temporary, affordable, and without frills. If you don't mind indoor temperatures ranging from 75 to 85 F, living here without AC is perfectly fine. Using fans throughout the day is enough to stay comfortable. The owners have spent several weeks at this house this summer without the need for AC while working remotely.
