Professional housekeeping is provided every 4-6 weeks to help maintain an inviting space for relaxing and connecting with your housemates. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a quality mattress and a nightstand, large dresser, and wall mirror. The shared common areas (kitchen, dining area, living room, full bathroom, and laundry closet) are fully furnished. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, and the proximity to both I-20 and I-285 makes for an easy commute to the airport or downtown/GSU. The initial lease term will run through May 31, 2026. After that, the lease may be renewed for additional 12-month terms. Qualified applicants will be able to show evidence of ability to pay the rent and a credit score of 580+ (or 540+ with a guarantor or larger deposit). Approved applicants will be asked to sign a rental agreement and submit the first-month's rent, security deposit, and $75 setup fee. One well-behaved adult dog may be allowed, subject to a reference check and a $150 pet fee. Note that applications will only be considered if the pre-screening process has also been completed.
