Professional housekeeping is provided every 4-6 weeks to help maintain an inviting space for relaxing and connecting with your housemates. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a quality mattress, a nightstand, and a floor lamp. There are two closets and enough space for you to bring a small dresser, desk, or TV stand. The shared common areas (kitchen, dining area, living room, full bathroom, and laundry closet) are fully furnished. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, and the proximity to both I-20 and I-285 makes for an easy commute to the airport or downtown/GSU. A submitted application will only be considered if the pre-screening process has also been completed. (Message us for more info!). Approved applicants will be asked to sign a rental agreement and submit the first-month's rent, security deposit, and $75 setup fee. One well-behaved adult dog may be allowed, subject to a reference check and a $150 pet fee.
