Prohibited methods Include but are not limited to: hanging of shelves, mounting TVs (a TV mount is already provided in the living room for up to 60"), hanging of any object that requires drywall anchors, painting of walls, wallpaper, altering light fixtures, etc. If the aforementioned is not honored and excessive damage of dry wall or wall paint exists beyond a nail or thumb tack hole, a violation charge of $50 per wall will be incurred. It will be deducted from the deposit or the tenant(s) may incur additional cost to repair. Damage inflicted to any appliance will be deducted from the deposit. Tenant(s) may incur additional cost to repair or replace damaged or broken appliances. Smoking is permitted outside the house - we simply ask that you dispose of cigarettes with respect to the property and with respect to the neighbors. No smoking inside the house. There is a $600 smoking violation fee for smoking inside. There is a $200 cigarette disposal charge for cigarette butts left littering the yard or surrounding property.
