Much bigger inside then out. The family room is 24 x 16, and the "den" is my sons room and is 16 x 9. It also has a living room (14x13) on the other side of the kitchen. We built a 26 thousand dollar pool with heater and hot tub in 2001. Love it. Also has a 4x22 screened front porch. Great lot. Great schools, needs some tlc. Neighborhood Description Very queit street. House is on the culdesac. 8 total houses on street. Kids can play kickball, chalk in the street. I have had 9 annual Easter Brunches. I'll miss them. Great street to raise young ones!!!!!!!! Brand new playground, basketball, and tennis courts across the street. Low HOA ($115/quarter) Very well kept neighborhood!!!! Huge community pool also across street. Though your built in pool and hot tub will be fine!
