The apartment above the garage is the one that is for rent. The landlords (Luke and Karla) live in the other half. This is our first home and we take great care of it. Our amazing tenant/friend is moving out and moving in with her life partner. She took great care of the space and made it her home; we are looking for someone who can provide that same level of care. Karla works in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space for an Environmental Consulting company and Luke works in the music/theater industry. They have a 1 year old Australian shepherd/border collie/scotch collie/English shepherd pup who is as sweet as can be, loves people/kids and dogs, and well behaved. You may see him from time to time. Karla and Luke have an extensive veggie garden in the backyard, and when there's surplus, they love sharing with neighbors. In terms of who we are as landlords, we've had our fair share of really bad Burlington landlords, and understand what it feels like to be in that situation! We strive to be responsive, fair, respectful, and most of all, a kind neighbor!
