For rent by owners, who still live in the home. Our home is in need of a new family, as we are moving due to military change of station. The home will be available for a minimum of 2 years. The lease will be 1 year at a time, due to possible changes in military status or move back to the area. Home will be unfurnished. There are two floors to the home. Main floor - four bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, workshop, and 1-3/4 bathrooms. Flooring is hardwood laminate in living-, dining-, and bedrooms; tile in kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a deck and a 3/4 bathroom. There is also a deck off of the dining area, a great place for a grill. There is no garage space, as it is converted to a bedroom and workshop/storage spaces. Basement - there are two sections: one finished, one unfinished. The finished section has a fireplace and is divided into two 'rooms'. We currently use it as a bedroom and office space (it does have a small walk-in closet and walks out to the deck outside), but it's intended purpose is a family room and office space. The unfinished section has a large craft area, ample storage space, washer/dryer, and utility sink. The main deck is huge, spanning the length of the home, with a pool closed off on one side and trampoline on the other. On the side of the house, there is another deck and two garden boxes. The backyard is fenced, which is great for dogs! The vast outdoor space is great for entertaining!! The front yard is flat and there is a very nice porch out front. There is a new HVAC system and Central AC system (2 years old). Brand new roof, as of May 2019. There is a security system available, which the renter would need to go through the cable company to activate (we haven't had it on for years, as it's really unnecessary). The neighbors here are wonderful and the neighborhood, in general, is as well. While we hate to leave this home, we hope that a great family can live very happily here while we are gone! Cats and dogs of any size are welcome! For other pets, please ask. There will be an additional deposit of $150 for each car or dog. Must apply through Zillow, listing all adults who will live in the home. Renters insurance will be required. Renter pays for all utilities and trash; responsible for lawn-care; responsible for pool upkeep, if you want to use the pool; pets allowed (see below).
