Freshly renovated downstairs apartment ready for you to move in now! The kitchen is all new--cabinets, countertops, sink, stove, dishwasher, and fridge; it has new paint, carpet, and blinds throughout; and it has a nice sized backyard for entertaining and barbecuing! Location-wise, we are on the end of a dead-end street so there isn't any through traffic and we back up to a business building that allows us to use their parking lot after hours and on weekends. We're a short walk away from Lucky Supermarket, several great restaurants, and the Portola Avenue Park! Also, note that we offer a bit better than a "1 bath apartment..." there is only one commode but our apartments offer a unique "split-bath" design that allows you to lock off the shower-side of your bathroom from the commode side so that you both can get stuff done when needed--just trade off! =) This means there are two separate sinks--one on each side--that also enables you both to get things done in front a mirror when needed. Not quite a 1-and-a-half or 2-bath setup but much better than a standard 1-bath apartment. Come check it out for yourself! =) PLEASE NOTE: each adult renter (18 and over) *must* fill out (completely) and submit an application along with a $25 application fee. And then, to be approved, each adult renter must have a 700 or higher credit score and all applicants combined must have verifiable income that totals at least three times the rent ($6,900/month). Other application considerations can also impact your approval and/or the amount of the security deposit, such as rental history and references, employment history, and time with your current company. So please know your credit score and check with your roommates before requesting applications.
