The kitchen area has a sink, refrigerator, microwave and hot plate but there is no full stove or oven. The back yard where the studio is situated is fully fenced and shaded with mature trees. There is off-street parking for 1 car. A minimum 12 month lease is required plus a deposit. No dogs but cats and other small pets are ok.
