CREDIT REQUIREMENTS: Applicant(s) must have a verifiable credit history and report that demonstrates a willingness to pay financial obligations in a timely fashion. Applicant(s) must have an Experian credit score of at least 700 & no or low credit card debt. Bankruptcies must be discharged and at least 2 years old. RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS: Applicant(s) with evictions will be denied. 2 years of verifiable and favorable rental history is required. Criminal History: No violent, armed, or destructive crimes, ever. Any convictions in the last two years will be reviewed.
