We have miniature pond with two huge catfish and bass along with a pile of hand size brim. Wonderful flower beds with amaryllis, gardenias, roses, and assorted lily. Nice and shady. fenced in back yard with doggie door for pets. Will leave stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, tool shed, gardening equipment, wood stove. We remodeled 2020 replaced all flooring with plywood, painted inside and out, laid new vinyl, replaced counter tops, and bathroom sink, new ceiling fans, and cool sealed the roof.
