2 bed 2 bath single wide trailer. It is livable and will continue to be updated and as more areas are fixed the value increases. It has window units in the home right now it was central heated and cooled. Needs new unit. Needs new paneling or sheetrock. Flooring is still solid. wire is still good. Roof has no leaks.
