Lease term is one year. We will only consider applicants with a credit score of 620 or higher, at least 95% on-time payments in their credit history, a good rental history, no prior evictions/convictions/bankruptcies, and a stable household income of at least $5,000 per month (or other rental payment source). For background/criminal check purposes, a separate application must be submitted by every person 18 years or older who will be living in the house (i.e., spending more than 60 nights during the one-year lease). TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES: Tenant pays water, gas, and electricity. Tenant is responsible for mowing lawn (a super-fun brand new electric lawnmower will be provided with home). All other landscaping service (trees, shrubs, flowers) will be taken care of by property management. For anyone not fond of mowing, property management can take care of lawn mowing responsibilities for an additional $60/month tacked on to rent.
