The house is sited on two wooded acres, flanked before and behind by mature hardwood forest. The street is in a development with similar homes built in the 1980's with a 1-acre minimum lot requirement. Knox Creek flows in from the northeast corner of the property and flows along the perimeter to cross the road in front of my home. Since 2017, improvements include adding an 8 ft. vinyl privacy fence, a wrought iron style pool fence, new engineered wood flooring in the public rooms on the main floor, new carpets in the bedrooms, a new double wall oven, LED recessed lights, major relandscaping (including sodding front, foundation plantings, and tree removals.
