Located on Federal Hill and was originally next to the Page Mansion that was built in 1917 for DeWitt Page and Mae (nee Rockwell) Page. It was used as a servant's quarters for the Page Mansion. However, the mansion was demolished on 22 November 1971 due to "extreme vandalism."
