No working air conditioning and only one ceiling fan which is located in the dining room.

The one existing shower upstairs can only be turned on by a ball valve (used typically for gas lines) on the shower head and is impossible to get to a comfortable water temperature. This bathroom also has no locking door.
There are no bathroom fans in any of the bathrooms throughout the house.
The 1970's blue carpet in one bedroom upstairs and also throughout the entire basement is stained with paint and various unidentifiable liquids in addition to the impossible to remove cat urine.
Basement laundry room has a giant hole in the wall leaving the framing and pipes inside the wall exposed.
There is a high, though not confirmed, possibility of mold given the water damage to the drywall, cabinets, and linoleum throughout the home.
The furnace room in the basement is located in the only existing bathroom downstairs.
There are 3 basement bedrooms although two of them are barely big enough to house a full sized bed, let alone any other furniture. The third bedroom has "beautiful" 1970's wood paneled walls.
The entire house has not had a deep cleaning since the day it was built in 1977 and has had issues with mice often in the past.
