We have for rent a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on Northside Blvd in Nampa. We are developers and have purchased this farm land. The house available for rent is a farm house that otherwise would be sitting vacant. This is a good opportunity for us to put this house to use and provide an affordable place for someone to live during this crazy housing market.
It is very important to understand that this house is rented AS IS. We are renting this out as developers, not as a property management company. The renter will be responsible for any repairs or updates that they wish to do to the home. We will be able to help out if any major issues arise (such as issues with the furnace or appliances) but the renter will be responsible for most maintenance required to this home. We will not be providing any landscape or snow removal services.
When a tenant is selected, we will be signing a 1 year lease. It is not guaranteed that you will be able to stay longer than that, as we will be removing this house and developing the land within the next few years.
This is an older home and is not perfect but it is priced accordingly. It is a cozy place to live with plenty of room for parking and great extended views of the treasure valley. Utilities: Water is on a well and sewer is on a septic system. The house is heated by an oil furnace. The renter will be responsible to pay the power bill (Idaho Power) and set up trash collection (Republic Services.)
Parking: There is plenty of room for parking around this house. There are a few areas that will need to be kept clear which will be shown to the tenant.
Security Deposit: A $1000 security deposit is required before move in.
Pet Policy: We will allow dogs at this property if approved. Cats are not allowed.
Maintenance: The tenant is responsible for all maintenance inside and outside of the home. We will only be able to help with big issues, such as problems with the furnace, water heater, or appliances.
