The other two rooms are a good size and will share a bathroom. You will also have access to a common kitchen, living room, balcony, in house laundry area, and pool/jacuzzi area. Some utilities are included in monthly rent. The house is located in a very peaceful, safe area. The two current roommates are very peaceful and respectful.
