There is a $60.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. Tenant pays $50 in addition to rent for water/sewer/trash. Tenant pays all other utilities! Pet Policy: Pets will be approved on a case by case basis and a pet screening will be completed prior to move in, breed restrictions apply.
