We are developers and have purchased this farm land. The house available for rent is a farm house that otherwise would be sitting vacant. This is a good opportunity for us to put this house to use and provide an affordable place for someone to live during this crazy housing market. It is very important to understand that this house is rented AS IS. We are renting this out as developers, not as a property management company. The renter will be responsible for any repairs or updates that they wish to do to the home. We will be able to help out if any major issues arise (such as issues with the heating, cooling, or appliances) but the renter will be responsible for most maintenance required to this home.
