It is very important to understand that this house is rented AS IS. We are renting this out as developers, not as a property management company. The renter will be responsible for any repairs or updates that they wish to do to the home. We will be able to help out if any major issues arise (such as issues with the heating, cooling, or appliances) but the renter will be responsible for most maintenance required to this home. We will not be providing any landscape or snow removal services. When a tenant is selected, we will be signing a 1 year lease. It is not guaranteed that you will be able to stay longer than that, as we will be removing this house and developing the land within the next few years. Clothes will need to be dried on the outdoor clothes line or air dried indoors. Utilities: Water is on a well and sewer is on a septic system. The house is heated by a mini split system and a pellet stove. The renter will be responsible to pay the power bill (Idaho Power) and set up trash collection (Republic Services.) Parking: There is plenty of room for parking around this house. Deposit: A $1500 security deposit is required before move in. Pet Policy: We will allow dogs at this property for an additional rent of $50/month/dog. Cats are not allowed. Maintenance: The tenant is responsible for all maintenance inside and outside of the home. We will only be able to help with big issues, such as problems with the heating and cooling, water heater, or appliances.
