All fresh new paint, updated stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Has a small covered front porch. And a small deck in the back. This is on a private lot and parking is off of the street.. One year lease is required, prefer no smoking, water is included with the rent. The electric is through EMC, and there will be a Garbage fee of around $50 every three months. The mobile home is on a private lot that is fenced. The site would not let me select to put mobile home as the information of the rental. I highly recommend renters insurance as the insurance that will be on the trailer will not cover any contents.
