A spacious master bedroom with a king bed, a generously sized guest room with a full murphy bed/memory foam mattress, and a sleeper sofa in the main room, the unit comfortably sleeps 6. In-unit washer and dryer, ample closet space with built-in closet organizers, large walk-in master closet, and high-definition televisions throughout. The unit is supplied with linens, bath towels, beach towels and so much more. The kitchen is equipped with new cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils as well as ample countertop space for serving. Enjoy a meal or a glass of wine out on the fully screened-in, walk out lanai with beach and gulf views! You will feel like you are in paradise! Speaking of paradise, Seaplace is nestled on 42 beautifully landscaped acres and graced by a half mile of glistening private beach. Seaplace is surrounded by amenities galore! It offers two heated swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two spas, three Har-Tru tennis courts, a newly renovated clubhouse, library, kitchen, fitness center, sauna, beachside BBQ patio, walking trails and a playground area. Come enjoy the dazzling sunsets glowing over the Gulf of Mexico! Whenever we are in town, we always enjoy eating and walking around St. Armand's Circle as the day turns to dusk. St. Armand's Circle is home to over 100 shops and restaurants one mile from Seaplace. Across the causeway to the east is downtown Sarasota, which is similarly full of delightful small shops and restaurants, and hosts interesting venues like museums, farmers' markets, theater, ballet and opera. While Sarasota might have a world-class arts scene, there's no show or performance that can replicate the beauty of a sunset on the Gulf of Mexico. Watching one of these sunsets on Longboat Key is a momentous occasion that everyone should experience during their time here. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a guest book filled with recommendations for local activities, restaurants and shopping. The complex is staffed 24/7 with security, maintenance and concierge personnel that will attend to your every issue. As well, we're always a phone call away and you can rest assured you'll be treated as our #1 priority. We want your stay to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. A car is recommended to travel locally for essentials (Publix/CVS), eating out and shopping (St. Armand's Circle), or enjoying Sarasota's famous art scene! Cable TV, internet, electric and water are included. Please note: Seaplace requires a 2 MONTH MINIMUM for rentals. Monthly Rates: December - April (Peak): $6,500/month May - November (Off-Peak): $5,500/month Fees: Application Fee: $120.00 Cleaning Fee: $150.00 Refundable Security Deposit: $2,000.00 Taxes: There is an additional 12% Tax (7% Florida Sales Tax and 5% Sarasota County Tourist Development Tax) on rentals of less than 6 months. Events and large gatherings can be scheduled at the Clubhouse. Not allowed in-unit. PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate rental agreement that is required to be signed in order to book. Both of these documents will be supplied during the booking process. Also, there's a no-smoking policy in the unit as well as throughout the Seaplace complex (including public areas like the pool, clubhouse and beach).
