Lots of kids on bikes and people walking their dogs. Our neighbors were all wonderful and helpful. There's also a neighborhood pool where the kids all hang out in the summer and they even have their own swim team! The neighborhood is back away from the busyness of the city w/ lots of trees, but close enough to Walmart and other shopping to be there in 10 min or less.
