We are looking for a new housemate to share our large home located on the west side of Adams Morgan. The room will become available on or about March 10th. The home is located two blocks to the Red Line Woodley Park metro. Share this big beautiful home on the quiet side of Adams Morgan with four professionals in our thirties from diverse backgrounds working in international development. We enjoy socializing together hosting patio barbecues and dinners, while respecting each other's space. The common areas are furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and a private huge elevated patio off the kitchen that faces a large park on the edge of the zoo's grounds! The bedroom has a ceiling fan, two large windows facing west and north, and a door to a small Juliet balcony that overlooks the patio and park. The utilities range from $120 - $150 per month per person depending on the season. The utilities include 1 GB wifi internet, electricity, gas, water, trash, and cleaners that clean communal areas once every two weeks. We are located two blocks from the Woodley Park Red Line metro, major bus lines (90, 92, 96, L2, etc), and within walking distance to Dupont Circle, U Street, and Rock Creek Park.
