    We are looking for new tenants for this cozy home in Coralville. 1942 North Ridge Dr was our first home after moving to the U.S. in 2018. It witnessed our hard work and growth and provided us with stability and support. Even after moving to a new home, we decided not to sell it but to rent it out, hoping it will bring warmth and comfort to its future tenants. Home Highlights Convenient Transportation: The mailbox area is a stop for the University of Iowa Cambus Route 34, providing free direct access to downtown and passing by Trader Joe's (check UI Cambus for details). Nearby Amenities: 5 min walk towrad large park perfect for walking, running, and dog-walking. Within 5-10 min drive, you'll find Costco, Walmart, Target, Hy-Vee, Coral Ridge Mall, UI Hospital, Urgent Care, Lowe's, Walgreens, banks, and more. Smart Layout: Compact yet functional, with a quiet upstairs area for rest, a cozy living room for entertainment, and a basement suitable for exercise or reading. The fenced backyard is a serene outdoor space ideal for year-round activities and a perfect playground for pets. In 2023, we added a water softener, and in 2024, a new dryer, dishwasher and garage installed. Friendly Neighborhood: The community is quiet, peaceful, and welcoming, with long-term residents who deeply care about this area. Points to Note 1. The garage accommodates one car, but the driveway can fit three cars. 2. The garage is not directly connected to the house. 3. There is no bathroom in the basement. Renovation Plan To ensure a more comfortable living experience, we plan to complete the following renovations between January and February 2024: 1. Repaint the walls throughout the house; 5. Maintain the HVAC system and water heater. Additionally, in the spring of 2024, we plan to: 1. Replace the window in the master bedroom; 2.
