There is an onsite shared laundry room, private parking, and shared outside space, and a private courtyard in front. The Cottage is fully furnished and available July 1st. Short term or long term lease will be considered. Rent is $1800 per month with all utilities and wifi included. 1st and last month and proof of income required for move in.
