Apartment has low ceilings, so not a great place for the vertically blessed and can be loud at times with footsteps and noise from above, but in all its eccentricities, the apartment is a cute hobbit hole and a pleasant place to live (I lived there for 4 years before moving upstairs) About the house: Unit is one of three in a classic Victorian house. Upstairs is myself, Bunny (38), bartender and seamstress, and Brian (39) Electrician and drummer. Lizzy (28) lives in the studio in the back. The backyard is really the crown jewel of the house, with a firepit, garden and grill, it is a great place to chill on nice sunny days. Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the upstairs unit. Parking: There is a carport that is shared amongst everyone in the house, and there is usually a fair amount of street parking. Animals: All pets are welcome on a case by case basis and must be friendly with all other animals.
