Upstairs is myself, Bunny (38), bartender and seamstress, and Brian (39) Electrician and drummer. Lizzy (28) lives in the studio in the back. The backyard is really the crown jewel of the house, with a firepit, garden and grill, it is a great place to chill on nice sunny days. Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the upstairs unit. Parking: There is a carport that is shared amongst everyone in the house, and there is usually a fair amount of street parking. Animals: All pets are welcome on a case by case basis and must be friendly with all other animals.
