The bedroom is oversized with ample closet space and can comfortably fit a queen or king-sized bed. A separate dining area connects to a galley-style kitchen with plenty of cabinetry and natural light. The bathroom is clean and well-kept, with original tile and built-in shelving for storage.
The unit will be freshly painted, and floors are being restored to prepare for the next tenant. Shared laundry is available in the building, and tenants have access to a fenced backyard perfect for grilling or relaxing outdoors.
There is a $50 non refundable application fee, along with a $500 administration fee, if approved. No security deposit is required. A 12-month lease is mandatory. Small Pet consider 1 pet per unit upon Managements approval, one time pet fee of $300 applies and an additional $25/monthly.
All applicants must undergo a credit and background check. A minimum credit score of 650 is required, with no prior evictions. Applicants must demonstrate a monthly income of at least three times the rent (33% rent-to-income ratio). Co-signers will be considered, applicant must still meet credit requirements. No major collections. No Exceptions!
