House is wired and has a electric box but municipal has not been run up to the cabin.The kitchen has a back door that leads to the woodshed out back. The woodshed is two steps from the outhouse. The cabin needs an upstairs railing to be safe. Property has a variety of trees, wildlife and so many possibilities for outdoor fun and recreation. Perfect for play, a good book or just a nap.
