Newly remodeled, once paint's finished (this week,) there's not a thing left of the apartment that was. Place is 1 mile from I-24, 1.5 miles from 440, 2.5 miles from 65. Pretty much 15-20 minutes from anywhere. Lease is a month to month auto-renewing. This means if you get there and don't like it, you can leave without holding a grudge for 11 more months. I agree to hold the rent rate at whatever it is initially for a year though. That said, I have zero interest in renting to someone for one month so yeah, skip it if you're looking for an AirBNB effectively.
