The house is insulated with spray foam and has four mini split AC heads with two outside units. The house has radiant heat in the floor that is connected to an outdoor wood burning furnace. The garage has its own mini split AC head and a forced-air ceiling mounted heater. The ceiling is vaulted in the main living/kitchen area, owners bedroom, owners bathroom, and the owners walk-in closet. All the cabinets throughout the house are made of stained maple with custom epoxy countertops. All the lights throughout the house are LED. The appliances are included with the purchase of the house.
