We also want to be clear so that we don't waste your time or take applications fees from you unless you are confident that you are fully qualified to rent our property. Please know that every adult renter (18 and over) *must* complete, sign, and submit an application along with a $25 application fee. And to be approved, each adult renter should have a 700 or higher credit score to go along with a verifiable combined income that totals at least three times the rent ($6,600/month). Other application considerations can also impact your approval or the amount of the security deposit, such as rental history and references, employment history, and time with your current company.
