Located next to family friendly park. many updates, lots of space. New carpet and paint. This home is roomy and has great back yard with pool and shed for storage There is no pool. This house is listed on the Summit County Meth Lab house list. House had broken pipes and flooded causing significant structural damage. The house is shifting and large cracks are throughout the house. Doors are not closing due to the shifting of the house also. Front porch is close to falling off the house. The roof is leaking and has caused damage to bedroom ceilings. There is older damage to the structure due to termites that I believe added with the flooding damage has made the structure week. Drainage is slow and the plumbing is very old and was never updated even after the flooding. A horrible take over by groundhogs has been the latest problem.
