*Update - As of February 2014, the basement is now finished. We added a large game room, small storage room, and another bathroom complete with sink, toilet, and standing shower. We retained the 300+ sq. ft. above ground crawl space beneath the family room. All proper permits were pulled and approved on the building, electrical, and plumbing. The basement was finished with rounded corners and six-panel doors to match the rest of the house's decor. We have also replaced all the light fixtures in the house with updated wrought iron and glass, kitchen and bathroom faucets have been updated as well. The HOA has approved the privacy fence and it is currently being installed. We are also in the process of installing solar panels. All the paperwork has been completed and the job should start this spring. Over the last couple of years, we have added several new features to our home. We created walkways on either side of our driveway, extended our front porch by creating a paver porch, installed a hot tub, repainted last summer (2010), insulated the garage and laundry room, added air conditioning, installed new appliances, light fixtures, and faucets, created a "working laundry room" with a counter, shelves, and new front loading stackable washer and dryer, painted the interior of the house, replaced linoleum floor in master bath with ceramic tiles, and the HOA is in the process of installing a 6 foot privacy fence along the greenbelt. There are several interior features we love including our wood floors with tile inlays, Corian countertops, 6 panel doors, gas fireplace, vaulted Master Bedroom ceiling, and much more. Neighborhood Description Our neighborhood is very quiet and reserved. Excellent neighbors, great class of individuals, and highly dedicated to keeping homes and yards well maintained with local HOA in place.
