Available 03/01/17 this spacious 1 bedroom won't be available for long! Hudson Gardens has certain criteria that must be met in order to set up a showing and to apply for the unit. Felonies must be over 7 years old and Gross Misdemeanors (not driving related) must be over 5 years old. Please note we DO NOT deal with any Sex Crimes no matter the age or level of conviction, Violent offenses, as well as crimes dealing with [removed], [removed], Heroine, and Prescription Pills. We have income requirements that must be met. We accept offer letters, pay stubs, bank statements, as well as paperwork from SSI/SSDI and county. If you are currently employed, we require a minimum 3 months on the job or consecutive job history. For our applications, we do require that you provide proof of your monthly income in verifiable form. We do not take any verbal verification. Lastly, any Evictions or UD's must be over 3 years old. If a balance is owed on them, the balance must be under $800 in order for us to consider the application OR you must show that you have had a consistent on time payment plan with the property for 6+ months.
