One (1) months proof of income required. Ask associate for income guidelines for your particular unit. Temp agency work and Child Support will not be considered as a main source of income Minimum of 6 months at your current job. Rental History - You must have good previous rental history. Rental history that is deemed to be poor, such as owing a property money, bad references, evictions/UD's, etc., could be subject to a double deposit and/or a shorter lease term to start with. All Evictions must be more than 2 years old and must be completely paid off. Two (2) forms of state or U.S. government issued identification. We must have 24 hour notice to show this unit.
