DESCRIPTION: Our cosy manufactured homes cater to those needing affordable, self-contained and comfortable accommodations. They are all located in Siesta Bay Resort off Summerlin Road in South Fort Myers. We ensure our guests have a fully-stocked kitchen as well as beach towels and amenities to use for those days when you just wanna beach! Each property contains an additional pullout bed (to accommodate extra guests you may have visiting) - but please remember to let us know they're staying so the park can provide arm bands and you wont be asked to have guests to leave (no charge for extra short-term visitors for less than 1 week). Security checks are regularly completed around the park and unlisted persons will be asked to leave/removed. Siesta Bay Resort is a primarily 55+ Park comprised of RVs and manufactured homes, and caters to travellers (however renters are accepted with MINIMUM AGE PERMITTED: 35). Your location is close to ... not 1, not 2, but 3 different beaches, as well as close to 4 hospitals! FEATURES included in your monthly rate: - AC/HEAT/POWER: Central Air/heat throughout. - GARBAGE COLLECTION: Mondays & Fridays (other days you have trash, you may bring refuse to the bins at the end of Pescado Lane). - PETS: Cats only. Sorry this is a no dog park. - LAUNDRY: Washer/Dryer in-house in each property. Coin operated laundromat at clubhouse near main pool (for larger items). LOCATION: BEACHES: - Bunche: 1 mile - Fort Myers: 4 miles (Beach trolley stops at Walmart near the park) - Sanibel: 6 miles SHOPPING: Outlets of Sanibel: 1 mile GROCERY: Publix: 1 mile away (turn left out the front entrance onto Summerlin, and take the first left at Circle K store (taking the subroad in front of the gas station and hotels). GOLF: Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club: 1/2 mile Payment must be made via PayPal or Square (a 3.5% cc processing fee will apply with the above 2 credit card methods) or Zelle, Venmo (no fees incurred). Month to Month (currently available Oct 1/2022-Jan 2/2023). - 30 day minimum. - All utilities, sewer and water, trash collection, wifi and streaming, basic cable, etc., included in monthly rent. One-time fees: - $50 park application (nonrefundable) -$200 cleaning fee (nonrefundable) -$500 damage fee (nonrefundable) -$250 pet fee (where applicable)/(nonrefundable)/ESA park-approved dogs only, or one cat - MINIMUM RENTER AGE: 35 years old
