The apartment is located in an ideal, quiet, central location, close to parks, Hyde Park, downtown, walking/biking distance to amenities, etc. The apartment is part of a duplex and has its own private entrance. This is a basement apartment; NO SMOKING in or around the home. One year lease is preferred, but exceptions could possibly be made. Deposit will be the same as first month's rent.
